Kitchen Team


In our kitchen team our kitchen team faces new challenges daily. It isn‘t exceptional that there are different commissions on one day. With the aid of tight check lists the tasks and responsibilities are divided between the different chefs.

This way a day can exist of preparing a tasting for 350 people in the ’Concertgebouw‘, a dinner in ’Vught‘ for 64 people and the mis en place for cooking workshop for 18 people on the ’Kerkstraat‘. 

Consistent quality in the kitchen of Food Fantasies is a requirement. Products are bought with care and processed in to a special culinary experience. The major criteria for the kitchen team of Food Fantasies are flexibility, a limitless imaginative faculty and pleasure in the job.
