Karel Hessing

Karel Hessing (1977) brings with him more than ten years experience from the Hague family business Bakery ’ Hans & Frans Hessing. It speaks for itself that Karel is responsible for the breads, pastries and wedding cakes. The past years he has gained the necessary culinary experience within Food Fantasies and has regularly taken cooking workshops in the Netherlands and in other countries.

At Food Fantasies he mainly deals with the logistics and the styling. Karel is the central contact person on location and last but not least, Sonia‘s huge support.

"My position with Food Fantasies is special because of its diversity: the direct contact with the client, the supervising of the personnel, the logistics and the presentation of the events. I enjoy the daily tangible result and the constant quality for which Food Fantasies stand. It also works satisfying for me to constantly receive positive reactions from the guests.
