Sonia Philipse (1974) worked in restaurants and catering companies in New York, London and Sydney for a few of years, before she decided to start her own company. She gets inspiration by making culinary trips and by taking workshops with different chefs in the Netherlands and in other countries. She is in charge of the daily management of the kitchen. Besides from this she is your first contact person if you want to organize an event with Food Fantasies.
She elevates catering to a culinary form of art. Her delicate and creative eye for detail and taste are expressed completely in the dishes and the presentation.
